These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Liftzy mobile application ("App") provided by Liftzy ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Go to the Profile tab, scroll to the Account section, and tap Delete Account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
The App is a fitness tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The workout plans, exercises, and information provided within the App are for general informational and organizational purposes only.
Body Scan measurements, recovery and readiness scores, and any other figures the App produces are estimates for general fitness tracking only. They are not medically accurate, are not a substitute for professional measurement, and should not be relied upon for medical, diagnostic, or clothing-fitting purposes.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have any existing medical condition or injury. You assume full responsibility for your use of the App and any physical activity you undertake.
You retain ownership of the workout plans, body measurements, and fitness data you enter into or generate within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the App's functionality to you.
We do not claim ownership over your personal fitness data and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to other users or to the operation of the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Liftzy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
